1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Services
Adlify provides digital marketing services including but not limited to website design, social media management, pay-per-click advertising, SEO services, and indoor billboard advertising. The specific services provided will be outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Fees are typically due monthly or upon project completion unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and materials necessary for service delivery
- Timely review and approval of deliverables
- Maintaining active communication throughout the project or service period
- Ensuring they have rights to any materials provided to us
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Clients grant us license to use their brand materials solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
6. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice to clients. Active service agreements will be honored through their term or transitioned appropriately.
7. Limitation of Liability
Adlify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination.
9. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive business information without permission, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
